ROTARY FRIENDSHIP EXCHANGE

Applications are now open for team members to head to District 9370, South Africa in May 2027,
 
The hosting of the inbound team to District 9640 will be from 10 - 20 October 2026.   
 
District 9370 encompasses the entire South African provinces of KwaZulu-Natal, the Eastern Cape and the Free State, parts of the Northern Cape and North West provinces and the entire Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho.
 
In total, District 9370 covers an area of some 475,000 Sq Km with approximately 101 Rotary Clubs, with a total membership of a little over 2000 Rotarians.

Applications are now open, and should be submitted by no later than 24 July 2026.
 
Rotary Friendship Exchange is open to all Rotarians and partners. The exchange is for 10 days, with the team members being home hosted with Rotarians. Expenses include flights, tour admissions and lunch or dinner out. 
 
Apply to be part of a team of up to twelve, to participate in this great Rotary experience of culture, friendship and hospitality. What a great opportunity to travel to other parts of Africa either before or after the exchange!
 
Rotary Travel Insurance will cover the exchange plus up to 11 days of private travel, subject to team members completing applicable requirements.
