Occasionally clubs find themselves with multiple candidates to attend a Rotary Youth Program and in a position whereby they wish they had some financial support to enable them to send more than one nominee.

Should your club experience difficulty in financing a candidate, or more than one candidate – District can help you with this.
The District Youth Trust Fund has resources available for clubs to access, to assist with this situation.
All that is needed is for a club to complete the required form “District 9640 Youth Trust Fund Fee Relief Application”, keep a copy for their files and then forward the completed form to the District Finance Chair who, along with the District Youth Trust Fund Committee consider the application.
A copy of the application should also be sent to the District Youth Chair and District Secretary. The email addresses are listed on the bottom of the form.
