HAVE YOU REGISTERED FOR ‘MY ROTARY’ (MEMBER ACCESS) ON THE ROTARY INTERNATIONAL WEBSITE
STEP 1
  • Go to the RI Website: www.rotary.org  or use your browser (Safari, Internet Explorer etc.) to Google: Rotary International
  • Click on My Rotary [top right with yellow highlight]
  • Click on SIGN IN/REGISTER
  • Click on CREATE ACCOUNT
  • You are faced with a screen titled: ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Complete all the details including your regular sign-in email address (in full), e.g:
  • After you have finished, click on CONTINUE
  • The other HALF of the screen appears: City, Postal Code, Secondary Email, Member ID and Club Name
You usually only need your Club Name, but have your Member ID ready (Don’t worry about secondary email)
  • After you have finished, click on CONTINUE
  • You should see a screen headed ACCOUNT REGISTRATION that says:
Thank you for registering, you’ve completed the first step in the process. You will receive an email sent to your sign-in email with a link to activate your account.
 
STEP 2  [Email arrives in your inbox]
  • Subject:  Complete your Rotary.org registration
  • Click on the link my account   [Usually works fine; you may have to deactivate Norton AV or other AV software ]
  • A screen on the RI website appears: ACCOUNT SET-UP
  • Complete the four boxes: Create Password, Confirm Password, Security Question, Answer
[NOTE: Password - 8 characters minimum, one uppercase, one lowercase and a number]
  • Click on Create Account – YOU ARE SET TO GO!
Next TimeClick on My Rotary and use SIGN IN (email + password), Tick Remember Me


HOW TO TO ADD/REMOVE/ EDIT MEMBERS OR ADD/REMOVE/EDIT CLUB EXECUTIVES

  • Once you are signed in Click on Manage/Club Administration and the following screen below will appear

     
ADD/EDIT/REMOVE
To Edit or Add/Remove member, click on the blue title
Add/Remove or Edit Club officers click on the blue title
 
REPORTS
Semi Annual returns (SAR) click on Daily club balance report
